Citicorp Securities Markets Inc., a subsidiary of Citicorp, has named Steven P. Clarke vice president and office manager of its Los Angeles operation, effective Nov. 1. Clarke was previously a fixed-income sales manager for Goldman Sachs & Co. in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
