California Measures

I am sorry to see so many letters complaining about the 159-page ballot pamphlet. Personally, I loved reading it cover to cover. The real people (voters) should be the ones making these decisions, not the sometimes easily influenced “elected” politicians!
Every voting citizen should read the whole book. I was interested to learn (on page 43) that our state has more than $3 billion in interest-earning accounts! More than enough money to pay for all of the propositions if they passed! Now the state needs another $3 billion to pay for these projects? Does this make me mad or what?
