TELECU to Build Industrial Park on Compton Site

The East Los Angeles Community Union (TELACU) will develop a 11.1-acre parcel at the northeast corner of Rosecrans Avenue and Alameda Street in Compton into the Rosecrans/Alameda Industrial Park, a $9-million complex containing about 200,000 square feet of buildings. Ground breaking is set for the first quarter of 1989.
Arrangements for the long-term ground lease from Alameda Oaks Industrial Park was made by Coldwell Banker.
