In defense of “Roseanne,” I would like to agree with Howard Rosenberg’s review of it. There are many of us who grew up in households like Roseanne’s, and I enjoy seeing that it is, at last, considered to be real Americana. Personally, I ain’t got no time for the usual pristine caricatures that the Caroline McGraths (Viewers’ Views, Nov. 6) of this world would like to fancy themselves.
