Gary L. Dunlap was named to the new position of vice president, corporate information systems, for Birtcher, a Laguna Niguel-based real estate firm. He will be responsible for data processing, telecommunications and accounting information systems. Previously, he was director of information management systems. Before joining Birtcher, Dunlap was director of information systems for the Lusk Co. In addition, Stephen P. Milner was appointed vice president and corporate controller. Milner previously was Birtcher’s director of taxes. Before that, he was a senior tax consultant with Touche Ross & Co. in Irvine.
