6 Slain in Lovers’ Quarrel

ROME — A policeman shot and killed his lover, her three children and her elderly aunt and then killed himself Tuesday, police said. Giuseppe Pagano, 44, opened fire in an apartment in Campi Salentina, southern Italy, after Cosima Leo, a 40-year-old married woman, said she wanted to end their affair, they said.
