2 Killed in S. Africa Riot

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa — Two black soccer fans were shot and killed Saturday, reportedly by an off-duty police officer, during a riot by a crowd angry at not being able to get tickets for a game in Johannesburg, South African police said.
