Injured DePaul Forward Redshirted

CHICAGO — DePaul forward Kevin Holland, unable to play because of a stress fracture in his lower back, will be redshirted for the 1988-89 basketball season, the school announced today. Sports information director Tim Stephens said the 6-foot-7 junior from Cerritos will be required to wear a brace for at least six months. Holland played in all 30 of the Blue Demons’ games last season and started 12, averaging 5.6 points and 5.7 rebounds.
