National Education Corp., a Newport Beach-based vocational and industrial training company, has formed a partnership with KPMG Peat Marwick, the international arm of the Big 8 accounting firm. The reason for the alliance is to market and deliver information technology training and consulting services, company officials said Wednesday in a statement.
