IN THE WEST, IT’S BEST

In scanning the “mayo map” (Book Review, Dec. 4, review of “The Clustering of America”), I question the divisions. To my knowledge as a native Californian, Hellman’s Mayonnaise is not sold here. Our overwhelming favorite, possiby made by the same company, is called Best Foods Real Mayonnaise.
