Geraldine Mason, a 28-year-old woman with a bit part in Richard Pryor’s semi-autobiographical 1986 movie “Jo Jo Dancer, Your Life Is Calling,” has filed a paternity suit in Los Angeles Superior Court against the comedian. Mason alleges that Franklin Matthew Pryor, who will be 2 in April, is Pryor’s son and that she wants $10,745 a month in support for him. Mason alleges that, after her relationship with Pryor cooled, the comedian gave her $85,000, but now Mason claims she and her son are living in squalid conditions and need regular support. The matter goes to court Jan. 19, with attorney Marvin Mitchelson handling Mason’s case.
