The first office building in Koll Center Orange, a $350-million, mixed-use complex across from Anaheim Stadium, was completed in August, 1988. Under construction on the 21-acre development are the county’s first Hilton Suites hotel, an athletic club and a restaurant. Three more office towers and a second restaurant are also planned.
