New Mexico State to Play UC Irvine
New Mexico State’s basketball team appeared to receive a major setback Jan. 17 when a team van was involved in a collision in the fog in Fresno. Three starters were injured in the accident.
But the Aggies (11-6 overall, 4-3 in the Big West), have won their only game since the accident and only Jeff McCool, who suffered a concussion and a sprained neck, is listed as doubtful for tonight’s game against UC Irvine (6-9, 3-3) at New Mexico State.
