James Caan Injured in Motorcycle Crash

Actor James Caan broke several ribs when he crashed his new motorcycle Sunday in Santa Monica, police said.
Caan, 48, was applying the brakes of the new Harley Davidson when he lost control and crashed, Lt. Frank Fabrega said.
Caan, who starred in such films as the “The Godfather” and “Thief,” was taken to Santa Monica Hospital Medical Center.
“He was not wearing a helmet and he’s lucky he didn’t have any serious head injuries,” Fabrega said.
