The movies “The Untouchables,” “Broadcast News,” “Empire of the Sun” and “E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial” were among winners of home video ViRas Awards, presented Thursday night by Video Review magazine. “Ben Hur: A Tale of Christ” was named best restored classic, “Cinderella” was best animated feature, while Madonna, Penn & Teller and a home first-aid video were named in other categories. The 23 winners were selected by critics who review videocassettes for the magazine.
