Commercial Scene : Ground Broken for Concourse in Puente Hills

Ground has been broken in Puente Hills for the Concourse, a $70-million, 39-acre mixed-use project being developed by Trammell Crow Co. of City of Industry in a joint venture with Copley Real Estate Advisors Inc. of Boston
Located between Fullerton Road and Nogales Street, beside the Pomona (60) Freeway, the Concourse will include retail, office and distribution firms. Occupancy is set for July.
Lee & Sakahara of Costa Mesa is the architect and the Peridian Group of Irvine, the landscape architect. John A. Alexander Co. of Santa Fe Springs and Prizio & Prizio of Fountain Valley are general contractors. Nippon Credit Bank Ltd. of Japan will provide construction financing. Cushman & Wakefield are the leasing agents.
