Commercial Scene : Ground Is Broken for Koll Business Center

Ground has been broken for the $100-million, 1.4-million-square-foot Koll Business Center La Verne in La Verne.
About half of the 100-acre site at Puddingstone Drive and E Street will be developed in phases by the Koll Co. and Cal Fed Enterprises. The remaining finished lots will be available to other developers or build-to-suit tenants.
