Commercial Scene : 10-Year Lease Signed at SAVI Tech Center

O’Donnell, Armstrong & Partners, development manager for Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. has announced the signing of a 10-year lease valued at $8.6 million with SensorMedics for 120,000 square feet in SAVI Tech Center in the late summer.
The center is part of the 200-acre SAVI Ranch Business Park at Weir Canyon Road and the Riverside (91) Freeway.
SensorMedics, a former division of Beckman Instruments, will use the new facility as corporate headquarters and manufacturing of sensing devices for diagnostic equipment.
