David J.H. Nicoll has joined Fluor Corp. as vice president, project finance. He succeeds William D. Trammell, who will be vice president, project finance, for Fluor Corp.’s principal subsidiary, Fluor Daniel Inc. Before joining Fluor, Nicoll was managing director of international project finance and venture development for Combustion Engineering Inc. in Stamford, Conn. Fluor Corp., based in Irvine, is an engineering, construction and natural resources management company with investments in coal and lead.
