New Haven Reaches Calder Cup Finals

NEW HAVEN, Conn. — Bob Kudelski the go-ahead goal in the second period as the New Haven Nighthawks advanced to the American Hockey League’s Calder Cup finals for the first time in 10 years with a 6-2 victory over the Moncton Hawks Tuesday night.
The Nighthawks, the top farm club of the Kings, defeated Moncton, 4-2, in the semifinal series and will meet the Adirondack Red Wings for the Calder Cup starting Thursday in Glens Falls, N.Y.
