No-Fault Insurance
It is interesting how Howard Jarvis’ Proposition 13, which intentionally benefited business, has remained largely untouched and unchallenged, while Proposition 103, the insurance reform initiative intended to benefit consumers, has been virtually shot down.
And now, to add insult to injury, the state Assembly has passed a no-fault insurance bill much like the insurance industry-backed Proposition 104 which voters rejected! It is obvious whose interests our elected officials really represent.
