Trust Co. of the West, Los Angeles, has named Charles M. Sukenik senior vice president of TCW and senior partner of TCW Capital, a financing partnership of TCW. He will be based in the firm’s New York office. Sukenik was most recently managing director and general partner of Butler Capital Corp., where he served since its founding in 1982.
