Commercial Scene : Hollywood Apartments Bought for Conversion

Franklin Towers Joint Venture, a group including New York investors, has paid $22.75 million for the 190-unit Franklin West Towers apartment complex at 7250 Franklin Ave., Hollywood.

Real Estate Dynamics, the seller, was represented by Weaver & Co., Century City. The Zohn Corp., Beverly Hills, represented the buyer, which plans to convert the twin-tower, 13-story project to condominiums.
