U.S. Relations With China
The young student freedom fighters of China who asked for change, not to overthrow, and instead got the death penalty without a fair trial should not be forgotten.
Their names should be known and remembered, not buried in an avalanche of propaganda.
In the days ahead, when China is ready to interact with the community of nations, it should be reminded over and over of the barbaric act of killing unarmed student protesters.
As the Germans are reminded of the Holocaust, the Chinese should be reminded of the day they drove tanks over the students.
