Construction Begins on Site in West Corona

Construction has begun on West Corona Industrial Center, a $40-million business park about 4 miles north of the Serfas Club exit of California 91 in West Corona.
The first phase of the project calls for the construction of two buildings with a total of 240,000 square feet of manufacturing and distribution space. When the entire center is completed in late 1990, it will have 14 buildings with more than 800,000 square feet of space.
Developer is Los Angeles-based Overton, Moore & Associates. Coldwell Banker is exclusive leasing agent.
