Gun Control and ’22 Cowardly Acts’
Legislators who dare not even vote for a 15-day waiting period, or to prohibit people walking around with a loaded gun in public have lost all sense of morality as well as their responsibility to protect a public which has put them in office. It is clearly evident that their desire to remain in office, with the financial assistance of the NRA, has eclipsed all notions of public service.
Our legislators should not put staying in office for extended periods of time over the safety of the public. We must limit their tenure in office to two consecutive terms, and thus eliminate the greed and corruption that is rampant in our city and state governments.
