Pasadena : Limits on Rose Bowl Flights

The Federal Aviation Administration will be asked to restrict flights over the Rose Bowl during special events, the Pasadena Board of Directors has decided.
On Tuesday, the board approved asking the FAA for temporary restrictions during events that draw more than 25,000 people to the stadium.
Concern over the lack of emergency landing areas for aircraft flying over the stadium during outdoor events prompted the request.
