Belgrade-Seoul Ties Set

BELGRADE, Yugoslavia — The government of Yugoslavia has recognized South Korea and plans to establish diplomatic links, the Tanjug news agency said Thursday.
Although Yugoslavia has ties with Communist North Korea, it has had no diplomatic links with South Korea since its founding in 1948.
