Scott Paper to Expand Production of Tissue

PHILADELPHIA — Scott Paper Co.’s board of directors has approved plans designed to expand its tissue-making ability, the company announced.
Details of the expansion program will be announced at a later date as the specific parts of the program are approved by the board, said Philip E. Lippincott, Scott Paper’s chairman and chief executive.
