Stake in Aurora Bulb

St. Louis investors Alan D. Vogt and Linda Sue Vogt said they have acquired an 18.9% stake in Aurora Bulb Corp. of Los Angeles.
Alan Vogt, who said he is the manager of Heitner Corp.’s bond department, and Linda Sue Vogt bought 40 Aurora shares on Nov. 14 at an undisclosed price, and 56,700 shares for 25 cents each on Nov. 20, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
The relationship between the Vogts was not specified in the filing.
