Confusion over application of state of siege laws resulted in a delay in pretrial hearing before a Salvadoran military court for Jennifer Casolo, a U.S. church worker accused of hoarding arms for leftist guerrillas, court officials said. Meanwhile, Eileen Rosin, the sole representative of the Los Angeles-based Medical Aid for El Salvador, left the country after discovering her office was ransacked over the weekend.
