DIVORCE WARS: Of the more than 12,000 divorces granted so far this year in Orange County, only a fraction are as acrimonious as the one depicted in the Michael Douglas-Kathleen Turner black comedy, “The War of the Roses,” opening today (F1) in 18 local theaters. . . . “I don’t find that many that go for the jugular,” said veteran Santa Ana divorce attorney Edward R.
