Richard M. Rodstein, 35, was named president and chief operating officer of Anthony Industries Inc., succeeding Bernard I. Forester, who continues as Anthony’s chairman and chief executive. Rodstein, who had been executive vice president-operations, since January, 1988, joined Anthony in September, 1983, as vice president-finance. Before coming to Anthony, Rodstein was an executive with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young for five years.
