George McDaniel and Charles Moore have been appointed vice presidents of National Bank of Southern California’s Orange regional office. McDaniel, who was named vice president of business development and commercial lending, was previously a vice president at Union Bank. Moore, vice president/commercial lending officer, was formerly vice president of Eldorado Bank.
