WE KID YOU NOT: As the Perrier crisis drones on, after last month’s benzene contamination scare, some cope better than others. . . . One spot where there definitely is no water shortage is the Orange County Performing Arts Center, where the house label comes out when the house lights come up. . . . Explains a spokesman: Because “the Center’s standards of effervescence are among the highest in the nation, for the past year and a half, we have served only the finest sparkling water, salt-free and bottled under our own label. . . .
