County IN BRIEF : HIDDEN HILLS : Cohen Ends Council Race Due to Injury

The chairman of the Hidden Hills Planning Commission announced his withdrawal Tuesday from the town’s City Council race, citing health reasons. Harvey Cohen, 56, said a back injury could prevent him from regularly attending council meetings if he were elected. “I am reluctant to take on a job that I physically may not be able to complete,” Cohen said.
