Beverly Hills : New Visitors Bureau Chief

The Beverly Hills Visitors Bureau has named Charolotte Novom as its general manager.
Novom, formerly director of international sales at the Plaza Hotel in New York, earlier held a similar position with the Century Plaza Hotel and served as a consultant to the Greater Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau.
“With Ms. Novom’s appointment, the bureau looks ahead in the ‘90s to a greater emphasis on internal marketing for the city of Beverly Hills,” said Max Factor, chairman of the organization.
The visitors bureau is an arm of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce.
