DRESSING OSCAR: A number of the celebs at tonight’s Oscar awards (F1) (6-9 p.m., Channel 7) will be wearing creations by Newport Beach’s Amen Wardy, according to daughter Soffia, who won’t reveal any names. . . . Most of the creations are being turned out in Wardy’s Beverly Hills salon, some under the Amen Wardy Private Collection label and others for designers like Bob Mackie. . . . A handful were done at Fashion Island.
