Bank of America has named Patrick M. Prout executive vice president and division manager for the bank’s new small-business unit based in Los Angeles. Prout joins Bank of America from Seafirst, the bank’s wholly owned subsidiary in Washington. Prout was senior vice president and manager of Seafirst’s national division.
