Long Beach : Graffiti Information Could Bring $1,000 Reward
- Share via
Tips about your neighborhood graffiti artist could be worth $1,000 under Long Beach’s graffiti reward program.
The City Council recently doubled the reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of any person maliciously destroying property by defacing it with graffiti. The reward, originally $300 when the program was established in 1986, had risen to $500 and then was increased to $1,000 late last month.
People with information about graffiti violations can call the 24-hour graffiti reward hot line, 420-3486. Information will be kept confidential. To report graffiti that needs to be removed, call 432-8904, Ext. 2215.
