George Harrison Death Threats: London police have arrested a man suspected of sending death threats to George Harrison. The unidentified suspect was taken into custody in south London where the letters originated. One of the letters warned, “Time you went.” Another said, “Goodby George.” The letters began arriving at Harrison’s mansion a year ago, but his staff, knowing the ex-Beatle’s worries about security since the murder in New York 10 years ago of John Lennon, burned them. Five more letters recently turned up, and police were called in.
