NATION : Reagans to Visit Europe in June

Former President Ronald Reagan and his wife, Nancy, will visit Europe in mid-June, a spokesman confirmed today but he said the itinerary has not yet been set.
The Washington Post had reported that the Reagans would visit East and West Berlin, the Normandy invasion beaches in France and possibly Poland.
But Reagan spokesman Mark Weinberg said in a statement that final details of the trip are being worked out and that a statement will be issued next week.
Reagan, 79, received $2 million for a trip to Japan last October sponsored by the Fujisankei Communications Group. The newspaper said Reagan and his wife will be paying their own way on the European trip.
