A state senator asked Wisconsin Gov. Tommy Thompson and the state attorney general to stop Aaron Pryor’s planned return to boxing tonight in Madison, Wis.
Pryor, the former junior-welterweight champion who has impaired vision in his left eye, is scheduled to fight Daryl Jones.
In addition, the promoter of the fight, Diana Lewis, might not meet state requirements, Secretary of State Douglas LaFollette said.
