Louisville’s Crum to Hold Clinic This Weekend

Denny Crum, who has led the University of Louisville to two NCAA basketball championships, will make his first appearance in a West Coast coaching clinic in 10 years Friday and Saturday at the Southern California Basketball Coaches’ Assn. clinic at Century High School.

Crum, who led Louisville to NCAA titles in 1980 and 1986 and six Final Four appearances, will discuss his full-court press, high-post offense and man-to-man defense at the clinic.

Registration begins at 4 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday. Cost of the clinic is $45 for pre-registration and $55 at the door for both days or $35 for Saturday’s session, which includes a steak lunch.
