Bass Get a $6,000 Bite of Lake Casitas Anglers

The Ventura County Bass Club’s night tournament last Saturday raised an estimated $6,000 for habitat improvement at Lake Casitas.
Through special permits from the Lake Casitas Municipal Water District and the California Department of Fish and Game, the club was able to stage the first nighttime tournament on the lake.
The 14-pound 9-ounce winner was caught by Colin Waters of Susana Knoll.
