WSC Honors Moorpark’s Lamb

Moorpark College’s Brian Lamb, the Western State Conference Player of the Year in golf, shot a 151 for two rounds to help the Raiders place fifth in the recent state championships.
Mike Zambri shot a 74-76--150 to lead Moorpark’s contingent at Via Verde Country Club in San Dimas. Jeff Ward shot a 78-76--154, Scott Hunter 77-80--150, Derek London 80-81--161 and Matt Williamson 88-92--180 to round out the scoring.
Moorpark shot 773 as a team. College of the Desert won the tournament, which ended Monday, with a 750.
