The Three Valleys Municipal Water District Board has elected Bill Koch to a second one-year term as president. Koch is the board’s South Pomona representative. Other officers are Paul Stiglich, vice president, who represents Diamond Bar and part of Walnut and Industry; Randell Vogel, secretary, representing Rowland Heights and part of Industry, and Robert V. Armstrong, treasurer, who represents North Pomona.
Three Valleys sells wholesale water supplies to member agencies in the East San Gabriel and Pomona-Walnut valleys.
