Columbia TV Hires ‘Hill Street’ Producer: Columbia Pictures Television has hired television producer David Milch to develop and produce prime-time programs. Milch moves to Columbia from MTM Entertainment, where he was executive producer of the recently canceled “Capital News.” He was the executive producer of “Hill Street Blues.”
