Land Deal Dropped: Landmark Land said it has “terminated” a deal to sell its luxurious Carmel Valley Ranch Resort to American International Golf Resorts for $60 million. Landmark, a nationally known golf course developer, said the Carmel Valley resort will now be marketed along with its portfolio of other resort real estate. Landmark has hired Salomon Bros. to find a buyer for those assets.
