Swim Club to Host Relay Competition

DOWNEY — The Downey Dolphins Swim Club will host the Southern California Aquatic Assn.’s Relay Championship at the new Downey Aquatic Center beginning at 8 a.m. Saturday.
The event will be the first of its kind at the Aquatic Center and is expected to attract 600 swimmers from 15 different Southern California cities. Participants range in age from 6 to 17. The Downey Aquatic Center is at Downey High School, 11040 Brookshire Ave. Admission is free.
The Downey Dolphins Swim Club is actively seeking new swimmers age 18 or younger. For more information, contact Bob Feliciano at 869-0660.
